David Stoltzfus

David Stoltzfus is an accomplished professional in supply chain management and business process leadership, currently serving as the Sr Operation Business Process Leader for Packaging Sustainability at The Hershey Company since January 2021. In this role, David oversees supply chain portfolio projects, including new product launches and production enhancements. Previously, David held positions as a Sr Demand Planner and Demand Planner at AHF Products and Armstrong Flooring, where significant developments in demand planning processes and forecasting tools were achieved. Prior industry experience includes procurement roles at Boeing and Lockheed Martin, where David successfully managed significant commodity strategies and supplier quality assurance initiatives. David holds an MBA in Business Sustainability Strategies from Penn State University, supplemented by a foundational education in business from the same institution.
