Nishith Shah has extensive work experience in various positions and companies. Nishith is currently the SVP - Technology & Country Head - India at RealThingks since February 2022. Previously, they worked at ZEE5 as the Senior Vice President Product from June 2020 to February 2022. In 2020, they also served as an Independent Consultant for a brief period. Nishith was the Co-founder & CEO of 18th Parallel from November 2011 to October 2019. Nishith has also held the position of CTO at SoftDEL Systems from October 2008 to October 2011 and CTO & VP Operations at Octane Technologies from September 2007 to August 2008. Before that, Nishith worked as a Senior Manager, Engineering at Mojo Networks, Inc. from November 2004 to August 2007. Nishith started their career as a Senior Engineer at TiMetra Networks from February 2001 to October 2004, and earlier as a Research Scientist at Telcordia Technologies from August 1999 to January 2001.
Nishith Shah has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Nishith also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from COEP Technological University, which they completed from 1993 to 1997. In addition, they attended Loyola High School in Pune from 1981 to 1993. Nishith also completed an Executive General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, but the field of study for this program is not specified.
