Alicia Gearhart

Alicia Gearhart has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alicia is currently the Director of Customer Success at RealTime-CTMS Software Solutions since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Complion, starting as a Communications Consultant, and later transitioning into the roles of Manager of Implementation and Senior Implementation Consultant. At Complion, Alicia managed a team of Implementation Consultants and Specialists, and was responsible for translating customer objectives into measurable returns on investment.

Before joining Complion, Alicia was the Director of Operations at Asurint, a background screening company, where they oversaw multiple operational teams and served as a Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert for the Agile development team. Prior to this role, they were the Manager of the Verifications Department at Asurint, where they led process improvement, efficiency, and quality initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Alicia worked at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, where they held the position of Assistant Manager in the Election Officials Department, and later became the Supervisor of the Registration Department. During their time at the Board of Elections, they implemented technological advancements and streamlined processes to improve performance.

Alicia also worked as a Deputy Targeting Director at We Are Ohio, and as a Communications Consultant at The Flagg Group, where they provided campaign support and developed training materials for public-sector levy/bond issues.
