Kami Buss has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of psychology and client support, currently serving as the Director of Payment and Communication Solutions at RealTime-CTMS Software Solutions since January 2019, where responsibilities also included product management and client support. Prior to this, Kami was self-employed as a real estate investor from March 2015 to March 2022, analyzing deals and maintaining financial records. Additional experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Pearson, where responsibilities involved recruiting field examiners for assessments, and as a QIDP at Enhanced Living Services, managing cases for individuals with developmental disabilities. Earlier in career, Kami worked as a School Psychologist with Crete Public Schools, providing assessments and interventions for students with special needs. Education includes a BA in Psychology from Doane University and further studies at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
