Theresa Cramer

Theresa Cramer currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales for the Platinum Accounts Group at RealTime Reservation since 2020, following a progression through roles including Vice President of Sales and Senior Account Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Group Sales Manager at Conrad New York Midtown and The London NYC, as well as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at SH Group Operations, LLC. Additional roles encompass positions at Loews Hotels, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard by Marriott Buffalo Airport, and various internships in the hospitality industry starting in 2009.
