Mitchell Bradt, P.E. has more than 20 years of experience in the electrical utility industry, serving in various roles such as Supervising Engineer, Project Engineer, P&C Engineer, and his most recent promotion, Director of Electrical Engineering for the Fitchburg, Wisconsin office. He has extensive knowledge of every aspect of substation design from site preparation to project closeout. He oversees electrical, civil, and structural associated engineering, and is responsible for the supervision of his engineering project teams. Mr. Bradt’s excellence in communication with clientele assures that Realtime is meeting the client’s quality standards and expectations. Mr. Bradt is a founder of Realtime University, and is responsible for the development, coordination, and presentation of engineering curriculum, for all staff levels. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training, and a licensed Professional Engineer in 19 states.
