Sam Debord

Sam DeBord currently serves as CEO of the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO), a role held since April 2019, where the organization develops data standards for the real estate industry, benefiting over 1 million real estate professionals. Additionally, Sam acts as an External Advisor for the Canadian Real Estate Association's Technology Committee and provides mentorship to proptech startups through NAR’s REACH Accelerator programs in both Canada and the United States. Formerly, Sam was VP of Strategic Growth and Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Danforth and has held various leadership roles within the National Association of REALTORS®, including Board of Directors member at Second Century Ventures and President's Liaison for MLS and Data Management. Sam holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Southern California and continued education at the University of Washington.
