Debbie Neuberger

SVP, Customer Care at Realtor.com

As Senior Vice President of Customer Care, Debbie Neuberger is responsible for leading the Customer Service operations for realtor.com®. For more than two decades, she has helped create and deliver industry-recognized service to our realtor.com® customers and consumers. She brings a wealth of call center best practices, focused on operational efficiency, while delivering customer value and satisfaction. Neuberger has more than 25 years of leadership experience in customer service operations, marketing and sales roles.

Neuberger joined the Marketing team at allapartments.com in 1998 and was responsible for Marketing and Operations, when the company was acquired by Homestore (now Move) in 2000. She quickly assumed responsibility for the realtor.com®, Call Center and was promoted to Senior Vice President in the early 2000's.

Before joining realtor.com®, she held multiple leadership positions, with Florists' Transworld Delivery corporate office, the largest member-owned Association at that time. Positions included Director of Sales and Director of Industry Relations & Events.

She received her bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois.

She has worked with Realtor.com for over 23 years. Prior to joining Realtor.com, she worked as a Director of Sales for Florist Transworld Delivery. She has a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University.
