Pavan Kumar is currently the Vice President of Customer Care and Customer Experience at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited since August 2023. Prior to this role, Pavan served in various senior positions at Mahindra Group from June 2020 to August 2023, including Head of Supply Chain Management and Head of the Service Contracts Cell for the automotive and farm sectors. From April 2017 to June 2020, Pavan was the General Manager of Planning and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Ssangyong Motor Company. Earlier in the career, Pavan held multiple roles at Mahindra Group from September 2005, including Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Executive of Farm Equipment and Two Wheelers, and Deputy General Manager for Special Projects and Market Development. Pavan's professional journey began at General Motors from June 2002 to July 2005 as a Global Purchasing Manager. Pavan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and has completed an Executive Education program in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School.
