Gee Mangat has a diverse background in change management and strategic program oversight, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at One Rawr | The Fractional Marketing Company since September 2023. With prior experience at IBM as a Change Manager and in significant roles at Realtor.com, Deutsche Bank, and Royal Bank of Scotland Business, Gee has led efforts in merger and acquisition integrations, operational strategy, and business transformation, consistently achieving organizational goals through the establishment of key performance indicators and executive leadership programs. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Hull, as well as a Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
