Janine Sieja

Janine Sieja has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Janine started their career in editorial roles at Tribune Company and then worked as a Senior Public Information Representative at UCLA. Janine later became the Director of Public Affairs & Development at the National Center for Genome Resources. Janine then transitioned to the role of Managing Editor, Specials at Outside Magazine. In 2005, they co-founded and served as the Chief Adventurer of Santa Fe Mountain Adventures, where they managed all aspects of the business. Janine also worked as the Editorial Product Director at Cyberhomes.com, a consumer real estate portal. Janine then joined Realtors Property Resource (RPR) as the Vice President of Product Management, overseeing its expansion and introducing mobile apps and products. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Product Management at RPR, leading a team of professionals in building and maintaining a real estate platform for the National Association of Realtors.

Janine Sieja completed their undergraduate education from 1984 to 1988 at Northwestern University - Medill, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. Janine then pursued further education at The University of New Mexico - Anderson Schools of Management from 1998 to 2000, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration. Additionally, in November 2018, Janine Sieja obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from BadgeCert.
