Michael DelGaudio has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Michael started their career at First Home Mortgage as a Network Administrator from 1992 to 1994. Michael then joined MRIS in 1995 as a Senior Web Developer, where they were responsible for web development and product management. Michael later became the Director of Software Development, managing programming staff and overseeing the release of software tools. In 2006, they joined MRIS as the Director of Research and Development, expanding their responsibilities to include future forecasting and software prototypes. In 2010, they moved to Realtors Property Resource (RPR) as the Director of Training and Support, overseeing a call center operation and delivering training to REALTORS. Michael later became the Director of Partner Integrations, expanding RPR's application reach through strategic partnerships. In 2015, they were promoted to Director of Support and Internal Systems and then Vice President of Customer Support and Internal Systems. In 2018, they joined Bright MLS as the Vice President of Customer Support, Training, and Accuracy and Policy until 2020.

Michael DelGaudio began their education at Loyola University Maryland from 1987 to 1991, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Michael later pursued further education at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1998 to 2000, obtaining their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. In addition to their academic achievements, Michael also obtained a certification as a CMLX-2 Certified from the CMLX institution in July 2020.
