Dave Brady

Dave Brady is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, operations, and customer service within various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Service at RealTruck.com since August 2019, Brady oversees a $350 million e-commerce business focused on truck and Jeep accessories, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Previously, Brady held several leadership roles at TCS - Time Customer Service, Inc. from September 1999 to January 2019, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Customer Care, where responsibilities included managing substantial multi-channel contact center operations and mail processing teams. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Expert Global Solutions, leading a $20 million operation with call centers for major Fortune 500 clients. Brady holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Marquette University.
