John Berger

John Berger holds multiple qualifications, including LSSBB, MSE, CPMP, and PE, and brings extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at RealTruck since July 2019, John leads initiatives to enhance profits, advance Lean maturity, and standardize best practices across all manufacturing entities. Prior to this role, John spent over 22 years at Tenneco in various leadership positions, including Regional Continuous Improvement Manager, where responsibilities included supporting continuous improvement across eight plants and implementing advanced performance systems. Other significant roles at Tenneco included Operations Launch Support Manager and Plant Manager, overseeing plant operations and team management. John completed a Master's of Science in Engineering at Purdue University and a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Toledo.
