Simon Juncaj

Simon Juncaj is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Global Client Service Manager at RealTruck, Inc. since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing end-user technical support and driving ITIL/ITSM best practices. Prior to this, Simon held various roles at Tenneco Inc., including IT Manager for Regional Services & Global Solutions and Global IT Service Manager, overseeing infrastructure activities and supporting regional teams. Simon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an MBA from Marshall University.
