Kate Van Zandt Youman has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kate Van Zandt Youman has a diverse education history. Kate Van Zandt obtained a Texas Real Estate License in 2019 from the Texas Real Estate Business School. Before that, they attended Landmark from 2006 to 2019, where they completed various programs such as Forum, Advanced, SELP, and ILP in the field of Human Psychology. In 1991, Kate attended Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici, where they studied Art History, Italian, and Jewelry design and manufacturing. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1989, they attended the Texas Tech University College of Education, specializing in Early Childhood Education and Human Development and Family Studies. Additionally, Kate holds various certifications, including Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) from the National Association of REALTORS®, which they obtained in February 2022, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) obtained in December 2020, and Graduate - Realtor Institute (GRI®) obtained in November 2020. Kate Van Zandt also holds a Realtor license from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies obtained in 1995, and a Texas Real Estate License obtained in August 1992. Kate has additional certifications as a Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) from the INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION & RECIPROCITY CONSORTIUM and as a Peer Recovery Coach from the Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals.
