Prior to this, Ellen worked as a Recruiter at Yankee Atomic Electrical from June 1982 to April 1984, specializing in recruiting engineering professionals. Ellen holds a B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from Framingham State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Marian High School.
