Currently serving as a Realtor at Realty Executives Boston West Inc. since April 2010, Paul also founded and manages Gustavson Development LLC, focusing on real estate development and project management since 2003. Previous roles include Realtor positions at The Homes Connection of Metrowest and Payne/Bouchier, where Paul developed new business relationships in high-end residential construction. Paul’s early career involved significant sales management and account management roles in technology and manufacturing firms, showcasing a strong ability to generate business opportunities and articulate value to senior executives. Paul holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
