Courtney Potter

Courtney Potter is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Realty Expert at Realty Experts, Inc. since August 2020. As the cofounder of the BEACH Real Estate Investors Association since September 2012, Courtney focuses on fostering a collaborative environment for real estate investors to connect and share opportunities. Prior roles include Real Estate Consultant at Remax Metro Realty and various positions at Keller Williams Realty, where expertise in residential sales, investment analysis, and client relations was developed. With a robust background in business development and marketing, Courtney has successfully flipped 145 properties within the first 18 months as an investor. Additionally, a strong foundation in early childhood education was established through degrees from East Carolina University and Appalachian State University.
