Rob Sutton

Rob Sutton, CCIM, is a seasoned commercial real estate professional specializing in acquisitions and brokerage, particularly in single tenant net lease properties, with a focus on net lease retail. Since November 2021, Rob has held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions at Realty Income Corporation. Prior to this role, Rob served as Vice President and Senior Director of Acquisitions at VEREIT, Inc. from September 2016 to November 2021. Rob's career in real estate began in 2003, with a notable tenure as Vice President of Investment Sales at The Royston Group, where significant single tenant sales exceeded $350 million. Early in the career, Rob worked as an analyst at Sotheby's International Realty, concentrating on multi-family income-producing properties. Rob is a graduate of the University of Arizona, holding a degree in Political Science, and earned the CCIM designation from 2008 to 2011.
