Somya Rastogi is a qualified professional with extensive experience in corporate secretarial and governance roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager, Corporate Secretary & Governance at Realty Income Corporation since October 2023, Somya previously held positions such as Assistant Company Secretary at both Realty Income Corporation and Evelyn Partners, and Senior CoSec Assistant at The Ingenious Group. As Vice Chair & Founding Member of the ICSI-UK Overseas Centre, Somya has contributed to the development of the company secretarial profession. Educational qualifications include a Company Secretary degree from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and an LLB from CCS University, India, complemented by a Bachelor's of Commerce from Delhi University.
