Mr. Chandy works with the Chief Strategy Officer in driving the strategic growth priorities of the company. He works closely with the International, Research & Strategy teams and leadership across departments in exploring new opportunities and adjacencies and collaborating on strategic projects.
Mr. Chandy joined Realty Income in June 2021 as Head of European Investment Strategy. Before joining Realty Income, Mr. Chandy was a Senior Partner at Penn Capital, where he managed the Fintech Catalyst Strategy and invested in Real Estate, Fintech, Financials and Technology across the capital stack. Prior to that, he served as Vice President at Adelante Capital.
Mr. Chandy has an MBA from Yale University and is a CFA charterholder.
