Adam Taliaferro

Adam Taliaferro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement, real estate, and advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of State and Community Engagement at Johnson & Johnson since September 2023, Adam also owns Stately Lion, a company founded in 2021 focused on dignified services. As a licensed realtor in New Jersey, Adam aids clients with residential real estate and investment opportunities. Previously held the position of Director of Strategic Alliances at Bristol Myers Squibb, overseeing patient advocacy and market access strategies. Adam served as a New Jersey State Assemblyman from 2015 to 2022, representing the 3rd Legislative District, and was active on the Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School.
