Luzselenia Loeb

LuzSelenia Loeb serves as the President of the National Conference of Puerto Rican Women - Philadelphia, PA Chapter, focusing on heritage preservation and empowerment through mentorship and leadership. In addition, LuzSelenia Loeb is the Director of Strategic Communications and a Bilingual Real Estate Associate at Realty Mark, specializing in various real estate sectors in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As the Principal and Founder of Winning Scholarships, LuzSelenia Loeb has established a virtual Educational and Community Resource center aimed at assisting youth with scholarships and internships. With extensive experience in real estate and a history of community engagement, including contributions to Motivos magazine as a columnist, LuzSelenia Loeb combines a strong educational background with practical expertise to support bilingual youth and families. LuzSelenia Loeb holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and a real estate license from the American Real Estate Academy.
