Tracie Choate is an experienced real estate professional with a comprehensive background in brokerage and property management. Currently serving as the Owner and Designated Broker of Realty One Group Bold since May 2021, Tracie combines expertise in business development with a focus on facilitating residential and commercial real estate transactions. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Managing Broker and Realtor at RE/MAX Northwest from August 2007 to April 2021, and as Property Manager at Olympic Rental & Landlord Services from October 2011 to May 2015. Additionally, Tracie held the position of Senior Property Manager at Lincoln Harris CSG - Healthcare Group, managing medical office properties while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Tracie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Phoenix.
