Rob Aronoff

Owner & Designated Broker at SCOTIA GROUP MANAGEMENT, LLC

In 1993, Mr. Aronoff joined Scotia Group Management, LLC, as an Asset Manager and now is the owner and the designated broker. He is responsible for the strategic planning and growth of the company, as well as assisting clients with their apartment acquisitions. Mr. Aronoff currently directs a portfolio of twenty-four apartment communities, three retail/office properties and its 140 employees.

Mr. Aronoff has been a distinguished figure in Arizona Property Management for 19 years with experience in both residential and commercial Property Management. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and is a member of the Arizona Multi housing Association (AMA). He also serves as the Treasurer for the Steven M. Gootter Foundation and in recent years the Handmaker Home for the Aging Board in Tucson.

Mr. Aronoff has five years of project management experience in development of automation equipment for manufacturing at IBM, where he received the very prestigious "IBM Invention Achievement Award". After receiving his M.B.A., Mr. Aronoff joined the corporate office of Greyhound Lines in an executive development program and was responsible for marketing, accounting, real estate, maintenance, and information systems.

Mr. Aronoff holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition, he has several honors from the University of Texas and the University of Arizona.
