Thenuk de Silva

Thenuk De Silva, B.Eng, is an experienced professional in project management and real estate, currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Realty ONE Group Flagship since November 2023. Since September 2016, Thenuk has also been a Residential Property Manager at TREALT, overseeing student and long-term rental properties. Previous roles include Assistant Project Manager at Rockport Group, where responsibilities included leading a team in project design and contract development, and Project Coordinator at Great Gulf, focusing on client relations and on-site issue resolution. As the Founder/CEO of ELITE ESPORT EVENTS, Thenuk successfully organized professional esports tournaments, engaging over 50,000 players. Additionally, Thenuk has extensive experience in soccer, having held multiple roles at Richmond Hill Soccer Club and Ontario Soccer, and served as a Jr. Project Manager with Public Services and Procurement Canada, contributing to significant renovation projects. Thenuk holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Ottawa and obtained a Real Estate License from Humber College.
