Kevin Culver

Kevin Culver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for Variety - the Children's Charity of Iowa since April 2022, Kevin also operates as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Realty ONE Group Impact and is the Founder and CEO of KW Properties, both roles held since November 2021 and June 2020 respectively. Previous positions include Real Estate Administrator at Ryan Companies US, Inc. and Leasing Consultant at Hubbell Realty Company. Additionally, Kevin gained valuable experience during an internship at Northwestern Mutual, where life and health insurance licenses were obtained, and knowledge of the financial advising industry was developed. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from the Wilson College of Business at the University of Northern Iowa.
