Tracy Smith is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate and retail management. Currently serving as a Realtor at Realty Partners LLC since June 2018, Tracy brings extensive experience from previous roles, including a Team Lead position at Macy's, where management of a recruitment team took place. Tracy's former roles at Macy's also included coordinating community-based organization activities and managing a significant volume of candidates throughout multiple stores. Prior to this, Tracy managed residential rental properties at GW Development, LLC, and held various account management positions at SC Johnson, focusing on achieving revenue objectives and overseeing retail operations. Tracy holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, he founded the world’s first web hosting and e-commerce provider which he merged in 1998 with Interliant, which went public in 1999 (INIT).. In 2000 he co-founded iDigi Communications, the first Internet Incubator in the SE United States, where he gave birth to a number of successful ventures including iDigi Wireless, the precursor to xGTechnology (XGTI).
