Umed Latifov is the co-founder and CEO of RealtyBits, a marketplace infrastructure to real asset offerings. Umed has over 4 years of experience in this role. Prior to that, they were the Vice Minister of Finance of Tajikistan, where they oversaw programs with International Financial Institutions and Private Sector Investors. Umed also served as the Vice Chairman of the Central bank of Tajikistan, where they were responsible for overseeing payments, banking IT infrastructure, AML, foreign banking relations and other monetary policy. Umed has also worked as the Head of Banking & Infrastructure for a private company.

Umed Latifov attended Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, where they earned their MBA in 2006-2008. While there, they were involved in the Entrepreneurship Club, Energy Club, and Private Equity Club. Umed also attended Arizona State University, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with High Honors in 1998-2001.

Umed Latifov is the co-founder and CEO of a small team. The team consists of himself, Ola Wiberg (co-founder and CTO), and Brad Weinberg (CIO and head of business development).
