Joe Maguire

Joe Maguire is an experienced commercial real estate executive and portfolio manager, currently serving as Principal at RealtyLink, LLC since September 2023 and at Carolina Commercial since March 2022. With a career spanning several decades, Joe has been the founder of their own firm, Joseph Maguire, since October 1987. Previously, Joe held the position of President at The Rosen Group, Inc. from February 1997 to January 2019. Joe holds a B.S. in Business Management from St. John's University.
