Kimberly Rascon began their career in 2019 as an Advocate Intern at Women’s Protective Services of Lubbock. In 2020, they moved to Dell Technologies as a Small Business Sales Representative. In 2022, they joined RealWork Labs as a Customer Success Specialist, and also took on a role as a People Support Advisor at Meta.

Kimberly Rascon attended Texas Tech University from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development.
