Jeremy Eckelton

Jeremy Eckelton has a diverse background in system engineering and administration. Jeremy is currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Realworks BV since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a CSE at Atlassian from October 2022 to March 2023, where they were responsible for resolving customer configuration issues and ensuring a positive experience with Atlassian Cloud products.

Jeremy has also served as a Linux System Administrator at Stellenbosch University from March 2021 to August 2022 and at xneelo (Pty) Ltd from August 2017 to February 2021. Jeremy gained experience as a Windows System Administrator at Kells People's Resource Centre from June 2015 to July 2017, where they monitored system alerts, provided support, and analyzed system failures.

Additionally, Jeremy has worked as a Webmaster at Sunshine Community Childcare Kells from January 2014 to July 2017, where they designed and developed web pages and updated website content. Jeremy also served as a Senior Advanced Services Engineer at Veritas Technologies LLC from September 2014 to June 2017.

Before that, Jeremy held positions as an IT Security Specialist at Symantec from September 2013 to August 2014, a Support Consultant at Hetzner (Pty) Ltd from February 2013 to August 2013, and a Helpdesk Team Leader at RSAWEB from March 2012 to December 2012.
