Konstantin Kurz

Konstantin Kurz has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Konstantin is currently working as the Director of Finance at realworld one since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Jedox for 7 years as the Head of Controlling, overseeing financial activities from June 2016 to April 2023. Before that, they worked at GFT Technologies SE as a Senior Business Controller, collaborating with the IT department and playing a key role in strategic planning. Konstantin also has experience at HAPPYCAR GmbH as a Financial Controller and Public Relations Manager, developing reporting and cash flow planning tools and handling PR activities. Their early career includes roles at Messer Group as a Manager Corporate Controlling, where they led a team in developing a new strategic planning approach and supported financial reporting and analysis. Konstantin also volunteered at Ciudad de los muchachos as a consultant and teacher, providing administrative support and teaching English to students.

Konstantin Kurz pursued their education in the field of Business Administration and Economics. Konstantin obtained a Prediploma from the University of Bayreuth in 2007 and later completed their Diplom Kaufmann degree in Business Administration at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2010.
