Luke Glass is an executive with experience in a software start-up, leader of a turn-around, and GM of an established multi-product growth company. Leadership skills built on 1/3rd entrepreneurial start-up experience; 1/3rd investment banker; and 1/3rd “big company guy.” Luke most recently served as EVP at Realtor.com driving its industry relationships, and software strategy, and contributing to the company’s overall vision for the future.

Luke co-founded RealX® on the belief that all transactions benefit from transparency, access to information, and professional representation. Luke set out to change the way property rights are bought/sold/leased in the United States….leveraging the inevitable trend of digitization and globalization across all marketplaces.
