Gauthamraj Elango

Gauthamraj Elango serves as the Head of Technology and Senior Program Manager at Reap Benefit since July 2018, focusing on empowering the youth to become local problem solvers and contribute to participatory democracy. Prior to this role, Gauthamraj founded F-infotech, driving digital empowerment and web literacy initiatives on a regional and global scale. At Mozilla, Gauthamraj held several roles, including Club Coordinator, where involvement in a global network aimed at enhancing digital literacy took place, and Vice President of Regional Relations, contributing to the Firefox Student Ambassador program. Early career experience includes a role as an Assistant System Engineer Trainee at Tata Consultancy Services. Gauthamraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the Institute of Road and Transport Technology.
