Neil Munro has extensive experience in business management and development, currently serving as Regional Manager/Business Development for England & Wales at Rearo Laminates Limited since April 2019. Previously, Neil held various roles at Rearo Laminates Ltd, including Branch Manager and Trade Counter Supervisor, showcasing a strong background in customer service and operations within the manufacturing sector. As the Owner/Manager of Decking and Fencing By Design since July 2000, Neil successfully transformed a personal landscaping project into a thriving business. Neil also co-owned and revitalized Cafe Direct from July 2008 to July 2009. Neil's foundational education was completed at Lyndhurst Comprehensive, where a high school diploma in General Studies was earned between 1982 and 1986.
