Gina Donnelly Theising

Gina Donnelly Theising has extensive experience in leadership and operations management, currently serving as the Ministry Advancement Director at Reasons to Believe since October 2011, following roles as Associate and Assistant Director. Prior to this, Gina held the position of Director of Operations at Enjoy Lighting, overseeing Human Resources, accounting, customer service, and logistics from September 2007 to July 2011. Gina's earlier experience includes directing chapel programs at Azusa Pacific University from June 1999 to September 2007 and working in undergraduate admissions from 1995 to 1999, where responsibilities included engaging prospective students and managing financial aid processes. Gina holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree from Azusa Pacific University, completed between 1993 and 2000.
