Emma Roberts

Emma Roberts has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Emma is currently working at ReAssure as an IT Delivery Lead, where they are responsible for developing change management plans, communicating proposed IT changes to stakeholders, assessing risks, and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented changes. Prior to this, they worked as a Personal Assistant to a Director at an undisclosed company. Emma also had a previous stint at ReAssure, where they held roles such as IT Senior Release Analyst, Change Management Analyst, and Service Desk Representative. In the Service Desk role, they provided first-line support to resolve technical issues, created knowledge articles, implemented hardware, and represented the Service Desk at IT events.

Emma Roberts attended Thomas Telford UTC, where they pursued various fields of study. Emma studied Information Technology, Business studies, and Sports and Exercise at the institution. In addition to their education, Emma also obtained certifications in ITIL Service Transition and ITIL Foundation Level V3 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2017 and September 2016, respectively.
