Matthew Donaldson

Matthew Donaldson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and finance sectors. Currently serving as Chairman for several companies including Atec Group Limited, Prima, Reassured, and Three Rock Group, Matthew plays a pivotal role in leading market advancements in insuretech and life insurance distribution. Additionally, Matthew holds a Non Executive Director position at Tandem Bank and has had significant influence on the board of Markerstudy Insurance and Oplo. Previously, Matthew was the Group Chief Executive Officer at BGL Group from 2002 to 2020, where a variety of leadership roles were undertaken. Matthew's academic background includes an MBA from The Open University and ongoing studies at Harvard Business School.
