Nicole Grimes

Nicole Grimes is an experienced attorney currently practicing at Reaves Law Firm since April 2023. Previously, Grimes worked as an Independent Attorney Contractor and held associate positions at Hawkins Parnell & Young, LLP and Steptoe & Johnson PLLC. Grimes began their legal career at Legal Aid of West Virginia and served as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Campbell University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Government from William & Mary and an Associate of Science from Tidewater Community College. Grimes also gained practical experience through an internship at USAID and a clerkship at the Navy Marine Criminal Court of Appeals while in law school.
