Barr Even

Barr Even is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Rebalance Capital, where the focus is on investing in FinTech and Workforce Development technologies aimed at enhancing upward mobility for low and middle-income populations. Barr also serves as a Venture Partner at Health Equity Solutions and held the position of Treasurer and Board Member at Dalio Family Office from 2017 to 2022. Previously, Barr was the Private and Impact Investments Lead at Dalio Family Office and worked at Generation Investment Management in Growth Equity. With experience as a Public Health Officer in the Israel Defense Forces and as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley, Barr holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a Master's in Public Health from Columbia University, and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
