Yael Kaufmann is an experienced finance and operations executive with a strong background in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and leadership within innovative companies. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Rebalance Capital since July 2024, Kaufmann previously held the role of SVP Finance & Operations at Degreed, where responsibilities included serving as Interim CFO and Head of Partnerships following the acquisition of Learn In. As a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Learn In, Kaufmann played a pivotal role in establishing the company as a leader in education benefits and talent development, ultimately leading to its successful sale. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Grove, overseeing operations and partnerships, and serving as a Venture Capital Investor at DBL Partners. Kaufmann holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Finance with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from William & Mary.
