Justin H.

Justin H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Justin is currently the President & CEO of Rebalance Health, Inc., a company that focuses on optimizing health and fitness through proprietary biotechnology. Prior to this, Justin worked as a Business Development Manager at Windamere Venture Partners. Justin also co-founded ALASTIN Skincare, Inc., a skincare company dedicated to developing innovative products for healthy skin. Justin has also worked as a Certified Krav Maga Instructor at Krav Maga Worldwide, Inc. and held multiple roles at </HAI:IMPACT> - Virtual Operating Partner, where they developed and executed marketing strategies for new ventures. Justin has experience as a Senior Operations Manager and Marketing Manager at VitalNRG INC, where they led a sales team and negotiated marketing agreements with major organizations. Justin's previous experience includes project management and design roles at Color Arts for The Walt Disney Company/Club Disney and internships at EY and Imaginary Forces.

Justin H.'s education history includes various degrees and courses in different fields. Justin began by attending the Rhode Island School of Design from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Industrial Design and Animation with Honors. In 1998, Justin also participated in an advanced course by invitation at the MIT Sloan School of Management, focusing on Entrepreneurial Product Design and Development.

That same year, they were also invited to an advanced course at the Yale University School of Medicine, studying Telemedical Design. Additionally, Justin attended an advanced course by invitation at the Harvard Business School in 1997, specializing in MBA Course - Managing Product Development.

Moving forward, Justin pursued their higher education at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2003 to 2005. Justin obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Justin also attended a negotiation workshop at the Harvard Law School in 2004 as part of their executive education.

Lastly, in 1993, Justin was accepted to the SMA (British Equivalent of West Point Military Academy) and received sponsorship from The Brigade of Gurkhas at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
