Shaar Botting

Shaar Botting has worked in the creative industry since 1995. Shaar began their career as a Senior Graphic Designer at Bristol Hotels & Resorts, where they designed annual reports, menus, brochures, flyers, ads, posters, trade show displays, maps, logos, billboards and manuals for various hotel brands. In 2001, they moved to N2 Creative Solutions as a Senior Graphic Designer. In 2003, they joined Studio B as a Senior Graphic Designer, where they assisted with branding projects and presentations to secure new business, and designed ads, POS displays and large-format store graphics. In 2005, they were hired as an Art Director at Paul Morgan Photography, where they directed on-figure fashion and still product photo shoots for JCPenney. In 2012, they joined Image Laser Medical Spa as the Marketing Director and Professional Laser Technician, where they designed, wrote and produced the monthly newsletter and sales e-blasts, and updated the company website using WordPress. In 2014, they moved to Newmark as a Graphic Designer, where they strategized, designed, and produced detailed creative marketing pieces for the Multifamily Capital Markets Team. In 2021, they joined Rebel Athletic as an Art Director and Marketing Graphic Designer. In this position, they art directs photoshoots in studio and on location, and designs digital assets for email, web, and social media marketing.

Shaar Botting attended Texas State University from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a BS in Interior Design & Art. Shaar then attended Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a BA in Advertising & Graphic Design. In 2012, they completed a State Certification in Laser Technician from the National Laser Institute.
