Sayuri Snyder

Sayuri Snyder, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the HR Director at REBEL Convenience Stores, overseeing all HR activities for multiple entities in the oil and fuel retail industry since March 2023. Prior experience includes directing HR at Kura Sushi USA, where Sayuri established the HR department for an IPO and managed HR functions for approximately 3,500 employees from August 2017 to October 2022. Previously, Sayuri held HR managerial roles at Sun Chlorella USA Corp. and Kintetsu International, as well as senior and administrative HR positions at KOBELCO COMPRESSORS AMERICA INC. Sayuri earned an MBA in Human Resources Management from Northcentral University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
