Kumar Saurabh

Kumar Saurabh currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Rebel Foods since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kumar held the position of Senior Program Manager for Delivery Experience at Amazon from September 2021 to June 2023. At OYO, from June 2018 to September 2021, Kumar worked as the Regional Operations Head for South, focusing on customer experience and operational standards across a large portfolio of properties. Kumar also served as the Operations Head for Andhra Pradesh, managing customer satisfaction, revenue, and operational excellence. Earlier, Kumar was a Manager in the Leadership Program at Mytrah Energy, overseeing supply chain management and project valuation for solar energy projects. Kumar began the career at Coal India Limited as an Assistant Manager in Operations, focusing on production and process improvement. Educationally, Kumar holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a B.Tech in Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
