Suverna Agarwal

Suverna Agarwal is a Senior UX Researcher at Rebel Foods since April 2024, previously serving as a UX Researcher 1 at Red Baton from February 2022 to March 2024, where leadership was provided in various B2C research initiatives across multiple industries such as e-commerce and banking. Expertise includes employing in-depth interviews, usability testing, and heat map analysis to derive insights from user interactions. Prior experience as a UX Researcher at GoBikes contributed to improving communication systems and developing user personas through research. Early roles included content writing and multiple psychology internships, gaining hands-on experience with individuals diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions.
