Wanderley Campos Bueno Junior

Wanderley Campos Bueno Junior has a diverse work experience in various companies. Starting in 2016, they worked as an intern in SBK BS, where they gained experience as a Business Process Analyst. Wanderley then joined Docly in 2017, where they played a key role as a Processes Analyst I, contributing to the development and implementation of the start-up. In 2018, they moved to Escale, initially as an Associate Product Manager, responsible for implementing Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Wanderley then advanced to the position of Product Manager, leading the prioritization, business definition, and sprint rhythm of the platform team. Wanderley also oversaw the CMS team's development of a high-performance platform. In 2022, they joined RebelMouse as a PM, focusing on project management. Overall, Wanderley has demonstrated expertise in product management, implementation of new platforms, and process optimization.

Wanderley Campos Bueno Junior completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Production Engineering, at FIAP from 2018 to the present. Prior to this, they studied at FEI from 2013 to 2018, also earning a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Production Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Wanderley obtained a certification as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the Setec Consultin Group in July 2018.
