Diane Downey

Diane Downey has experience in the cannabis industry, with their most recent role being on the Packaging & Labeling Committee at the National Cannabis Industry Association starting in 2024. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as CEO of Rebel Spirit Cannabis Company starting in 2015.

Diane Downey has a BA in English Literature and Business Administration, graduating Summa Cum Laude, as well as a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction. Diane attended the University of Oregon for their undergraduate studies. Prior to that, they attended The Thacher School and Emma Willard School, although no specific degrees or fields of study were provided for these institutions.
